💸 Refunds and Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Order Not Delivered:

    • If the package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment (general orders), 45 days (U.S. orders), or 110 days (Brazil orders), you’re entitled to a full refund or free reshipment.

  • Damaged Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo or video clearly showing the damage. Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

  • Incorrect or Missing Items:

    • Notify us within 30 days of delivery if your package is missing items or contains the wrong product. We’ll ask for photo or video evidence to confirm, then provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

  • Marked as Delivered, But Not Received:

    • If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you haven’t received it, a non-delivery certificate from your local postal service is required to initiate a refund or reshipment.


🔄 Return Instructions

We typically do not require items to be returned. Most cases can be resolved with proper documentation (photos/videos) and verification. If a return is deemed necessary, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Include a non-delivery certificate if applicable.
